Projet Aikman

The Aikman project in Farnham is a residential development of 27 units spread across four 2.5 storey buildings, on a lot of more than 43,000 sq ft. The mix includes 3½, 4½ and 5½ units, allowing it to welcome young workers as well as families or retirees looking to downsize without leaving their town. Each unit has a private storage space and a parking spot, and the site includes bike racks as well as a park area reserved for residents. The layout was designed to preserve the quality of the living environment: more than a third of the land remains green space, with islands of greenery integrated into the parking areas. Located in an established area of Farnham, a few minutes' walk from the grocery store, schools and services, the project also benefits from quick access to Granby, Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu and the Montreal region.
