Projet rue Paré

The rue Paré project is 60 units set in the lower Cap-de-la-Madeleine, right beside the library, where downtown stays on a human scale. The offering covers every type and size of unit, from the most compact to the most spacious, welcoming the first apartment as well as the family or the couple downsizing their home. Rather than a block set on a lot, the development was designed as a neighbourhood within the neighbourhood: buildings arranged around green spaces that run through the site, generous vegetation showcased, and common areas that make you want to step outside. Residents have everything on foot, library, shops, services, transit, without giving up the quiet and the greenery normally associated with the suburbs.
